    Fresh Mint Chutney

    Mint is naturally cooling so it makes a great accompaniment to any spicy food. Make this chutney several hours ahead of the party. Keep it in a covered container in the fridge .

    Serves: 8


    • 1 pack Waitrose Fresh Mint
    • 1 small red onion, chopped
    • ½-1 fresh green chilli, deseeded and chopped
    • 6 tbsp Waitrose Low Fat Natural Yogurt
    • 2 tsp clear honey
    • 2 tbsp Waitrose White Wine Vinegar
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper


    1. Remove the mint leaves from the stalks and place the leaves in a food processor or blender with the onion and chilli. Process until everything is finely chopped.
    2. Add all the remaining ingredients and process briefly. Chill until ready to serve.
