Frozen Yogurt with Fresh Cherries

A refreshing, fruity dessert - simple to make and delicious served on its own or with a little peach Schnapps poured over the top just before serving. It is quick and easy to make with an ice cream maker but, if you don't have one, it only takes 4 hours in the freezer.
To make the yogurt easier to serve, place in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to soften before serving. This dessert will keep in the freezer for 2 weeks.
Replace 200g yogurt with 100g mascarpone cheese and stir in 8 Waitrose Mini Florentine Biscuits, crushed, with the cherries.
