    Fruit Cocktail Yogurt Shakers

A tasty, healthy drink that can be easily whizzed together with any fruits of your choice.

    Serves: 4

    • 2 ripe bananas
    • 1 ripe mango, or 425g can Amoy Mango Slices in Syrup
    • 1 lime
    • 1 x 500g pot Waitrose Natural Yogurt
    • 4tbsp milk
    • 2tbsp clear honey
    • Crushed ice (optional)

    1. Peel the bananas, chop roughly and place in a blender or food processor.
    2. Adults should closely supervise this next stage. Using a sharp knife, cut away both sides of the mango from the stone. Place one half skin-side down and make vertical and horizontal cuts through the fruit, but not the skin. Pull the ends of the mango skin backwards to make a 'hedgehog'; now it's easy to trim the cubes from the skin. Repeat with the remaining mango half. Add the mango cubes to the banana and whizz to give a smooth purée.
    3. Roll the lime under your hand on the work top for a few seconds. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice from one half into the fruit purée.
    4. Add the yogurt, milk and half the honey. Whizz again, then taste - add more milk if the shake is too thick, and extra lime juice and honey, to taste.
    5. Serve immediately in tall glasses with crushed ice, or chill in the fridge for an hour or more.
