    Fruity Pancake Ribbons

    Ready-made pancakes are surprisingly low in fat and are also ideal for an easy-to-make dessert. Match them with fresh fruit and some natural yogurt for a delicious, healthy family pudding.

    • Total time: 20 minutes 20 minutes

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    • 1 pack Bellamy's Pancakes
    • 225g fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
    • 150g black seeded grapes, halved and deseeded
    • 100ml Waitrose Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
    • 2 tbsp icing sugar

    Method

    1. Preheat the grill. Roll up the pancakes and cut into 1cm wide strips. Place in a medium-sized shallow ovenproof dish. Combine the strawberries and grapes with the chopped pancakes, then pour the orange juice over this fruit and pancake mixture. Sift the icing sugar evenly over the top.
    2. Place under the grill for 5-8 minutes until golden brown. Divide between plates and serve each with a spoonful of natural yogurt.
