    Garlic Portabella Mushrooms on Marmite Sourdough

    • Vegetarian

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    • 2 crushed garlic cloves
    • 3 tbsp olive oil
    • 4 large, flat, organic portabella mushrooms
    • Marmite
    • Butter
    • 4 slices of sourdough toast

    Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4. Add 2 crushed garlic cloves to 3 tbsp olive oil and allow to infuse for 30 minutes.
    2. Brush 4 large, flat, organic portabella mushrooms with the garlic oil, place on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes until tender.
    3. Slather 4 slices sourdough toast with butter and Marmite, then top with the mushrooms. Scatter with chopped parsley.
