Glazed lamb steaks

4 lamb leg steaks
4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp light brown muscovado sugar
1 large clove garlic, crushed
¼-½ tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 Place the lamb into a shallow dish. Mix the oyster sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, chilli and oil together, then spoon over the lamb. Cover, chill and marinate for 1-2 hours.
2 Warm a large frying pan over a high heat. When hot, remove the lamb from the marinade and add to the pan. Cook for 5-6 minutes, turning often, until brown and glazed. Add the marinade to the pan and heat to a rolling boil. Serve with buttery mash and steamed kale.
