    Gnocchi, kale & mozzarella bake

    Serves: 2


    500g pack essential Waitrose Gnocchi

    100g kale

    350g tub Waitrose Cherry Tomato & Basil Sauce

    ½ x 25g pack basil, shredded

    ½ x 150g pack essential Waitrose Italian  Mozzarella Cherries, drained and halved 


    1. Preheat the oven to 220°C, gas mark 7.

    2. Cook the gnocchi and  kale in boiling water for 3 minutes, drain and return to the pan. Add the tomato and basil sauce and heat for  1 minute. Stir in the basil.

    3. Transfer to an ovenproof dish and scatter over the mozzarella cherries. Bake  for 15 minutes and serve.
