Granary bread

fool safe recipe for perfect bread - makes 2 small loaves

  • Total time: 2 hours 45 minutes

Serves: 4


  • 650g flour
    sachet quick action yeast
    2 tsp salt
    2 tbsp oil
    420 ml water


  1. Mix flour and salt. Add oil and mix.
  2. Add water and mix. Then knead for about 10 minutes.
  3. Shape, place on baking tray and leave to rise for 2 hours.
  4. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes at 190C
