    Grapefruit and Crab Salad

    Florida Grapefruit brings sunshine to your table.

    Serves: 4 as a starter or 2 as a main course


    • 55g Waitrose Leaf Salad with Herbs
    • 170g can of crab meat
    • 1 Florida grapefruit
    • 2 Tomatoes


    1. Place ½ a bag (about 55g) of Waitrose Leaf Salad With Herbs on a serving plate.
    2. Drain a 170g can of white crab meat and scatter over the salad leaves.
    3. Peel and segment 1 red Florida grapefruit, deseed and chop 2 tomatoes and add to the salad.
    4. Drizzle with Waitrose Lemon, Garlic & Chive Dressing.

    Alternatively, replace the crab meat with 1 peeled, stoned and sliced avocado.
