    Greek-Style Pasta Salad

    Delicious served hot or cold Quick and easy family dish £1.45 per serving

    Serves: 4


    • 1 small essential Waitrose Red Onion, sliced
    • ½ x 25g pack fresh basil, leaves shredded
    • 300g essential Waitrose Fusilli dried pasta
    • 3tbsp Waitrose Kalamata Olive & Anchovy Tapenade
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 50g pine nuts
    • 100g Feta cheese, cubed
    • 1 essential Waitrose Cucumber Portion, cubed


    1. Cook the pasta according to pack instructions until tender. Drain and toss with the tapenade and olive oil.
    2. While the pasta is cooking dry-fry the pine nuts for 1–2 minutes until golden. Add to the pasta with the feta cheese, cucumber, red onion and shredded basil. Season to taste and serve hot or cold.
