Serves: 2
1 Waitrose 1 Perfectly Ripe Avocado, skinned and stoned
1 banana
80g essential Waitrose Green Seedless Grapes
80g baby spinach
1 tsp chia seeds
1. Place the avocado, banana, grapes and spinach in a blender. Add 400ml water and whizz until smooth and thick.
2. Add the chia seeds and pulse until blended. Pour into 2 glasses and serve straight away.
Cook’s tipSmoothies are a great way to use over-ripe bananas. Peel, slice and freeze them then use straight from the freezer.
