    Griddled Fruit with Frozen Cherry Fromage Frais

    • Vegetarian
    • Preparation time: 5 minutes to 10 minutes
    • Cooking time: 5 minutes to 10 minutes
    • Total time: 10 minutes to 20 minutes 20 minutes

    Serves: 6

    Ingredients

    • 3 large mangoes
    • 3 Caribbean bananas, peeled
    • 500ml tub frozen Waitrose Perfectly Balanced Fromage Frais Dessert with Morello Cherries
    • 125g blueberries
    • 6 tbsp maple syrup

    Method

    1. Using a sharp knife, cut each mango in half lengthways, on either side of the stone. Remove and discard the stone, then peel and cut each mango half into 4 equal-sized wedges.
    2. Heat a griddle pan on a high heat and sear the mango for 2-3 minutes on each side, then transfer to a plate. Slice the bananas in half lengthways and griddle for 1-2 minutes on each side, then cut the lengths in half.
    3. Divide the griddled fruit between serving plates and top with a scoop of frozen fromage frais. Sprinkle with blueberries, drizzle with maple syrup and serve immediately.
