    Grilled Papaya

    Serves: 2


    • 1 papaya
    • 2tbsp caster sugar
    • 1tsp ground cinnamon
    • Crème fraîche.


    1. Peel 1 papaya. Cut in half lengthways and remove the seeds. Cut into slices and arrange in a shallow heatproof dish.
    2. Mix together 2tbsp caster sugar and 1tsp ground cinnamon and sprinkle over the papaya slices. Place under a preheated grill for a few minutes until the sugar begins to caramelise.
    3. Serve with crème fraîche.
