    Halloumi, Tomato and Basil Sausages

    Serves: 2-3 sausages per person

    Ingredients

    • Halloumi, Tomato and Basil Sausages
    • 2 slices Waitrose Mediterranean or Rosemary Focaccia
    • Waitrose Wholegrain Mustard
    • Rocket leaves

    Method

    1. Cook on a preheated barbecue or under a preheated grill for 10-15 minutes, turning frequently, until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
    2. Serve between 2 slices of Waitrose Mediterranean or Rosemary Focaccia that have been spread with Waitrose Wholegrain Mustard or Waitrose Mustard Mayonnaise. Finish with a layer of crisp, peppery rocket leaves.
