    Herb Butter

    Ingredients

    • 100g Channel Islands Gold Top softened butter
    • 1 bunch of flat leaf parsley
    • 1 clove crush garlic
    • Salt
    • Pepper

    Method

    1. Mix 100g Channel Islands Gold Top softened butter with 1 bunch of flat leaf parsley, finely chopped, and a little crushed garlic, if preferred. Season with salt and pepper.
    2. Place in clingfilm, roll into a sausage shape and refrigerate.
    3. Grill 4 steaks or pieces of fish and place a piece of herb butter on top.
