    Homemade Burgers

    • Preparation time: 10 minutes
    • Cooking time: 10 minutes
    • Total time: 20 minutes 20 minutes

    Serves: 4


    • 500g mince
    • 1 tsp dried herbs
    • Salt
    • Freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 4 burger buns


    1. Mix the mince with the herbs and season. Divide into four, and shape into burgers. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the burgers for about 5 minutes each side, until cooked through.
    2. Serve in buns, with salad.
