    Homemade Muesli

    Serves: 2


    • 55g rolled oats
    • 30g unblanched organic almonds, roughly chopped
    • Salt
    • 200ml full-fat milk
    • 55g dried peaches, diced
    • 125g blueberries, washed
    • Buttermilk (optional)


    1. The night before, mix the oats, almonds and salt in a bowl. Add the milk, cover and refrigerate.
    2. In the morning, mix the dried peaches into the muesli and divide between two bowls. Add the blueberries. Serve with buttermilk.
