    Hopscotch Sauce

    • Preparation time: 3 minutes
    • Cooking time: 7 minutes
    • Total time: 10 minutes 10 minutes


    • 125g butter
    • 175g soft brown sugar
    • 150ml double cream


    1. Put the butter, sugar and cream into a small saucepan. Let it melt slowly over a low heat, stirring everything together to make a smooth sauce. Pour the hot sauce over the squares of stick-to-your-teeth pudding.
