    Hot and Spicy Chicken

    Serves: 6

    Ingredients

    • 1.1kg pack of Waitrose Hot & Spicy Chicken portions
    • 3 lemons
    • Waitrose Solo Rocket Salad

    Method

    1. Barbecue a 1.1kg pack of Waitrose Hot & Spicy Chicken portions, or place under a preheated medium grill, until thoroughly cooked and the juices run clear, leaving no pink meat. Cut 3 lemons into halves and barbecue, cut-side down, until browned.
    2. Serve the chicken with a bag of Waitrose Solo Rocket Salad and the wedges of lemon placed either as a garnish on the side of the plate or squeezed over the chicken and salad.
