    Hot and Spicy Pork Shoulder Steaks

    Serves: 1 steak per person


    • Finely diced tomatoes
    • Mozzarella cheese
    • Chopped parsley
    • Waitrose Cracked Pepper Pappardelle Noodles


    1. Cook on a preheated barbecue or under a preheated grill for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until thoroughly cooked.
    2. Just before the end of cooking time, top each steak with a mixture of finely diced tomato, mozzarella cheese and freshly chopped parsley. As soon as the cheese melts, serve each steak on a bed of warm, buttered Waitrose Cracked Pepper Pappardelle Noodles.
