    Houmous Dip

    Ingredients

    • 1 can of chick peas
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1 pinch ground cumin
    • 3 tbsp Waitrose Natural Fat Free Bio Yogurt
    • A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 pinch ground paprika

    Method

    1. Whizz a drained can of chick peas, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 crushed clove garlic, a pinch of ground cumin and 3 tablespoons Waitrose Natural Fat Free Bio Yogurt in a food processor until smooth.
    2. Top with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with ground paprika and serve with carrots, broccoli and blanched asparagus, for dipping.
