    Indian Thali-style Platter

    Ingredients

    • Waitrose Naan Bread
    • Waitrose Onion Bhajis
    • 350g tub Waitrose Pilau Rice
    • ½ small red onion, finely diced
    • ¼ x 20g pack coriander
    • ¼ x 20g pack coriander
    • 200g pack frozen Waitrose King Prawns
    • 1 tbsp Geeta’s Premium Mango Chutney
    • 200g natural yogurt

    Method

    1. Place 350g tub Waitrose Pilau Rice (from the chiller cabinet) in a microwaveable bowl and reheat according to pack instructions (optional). Add ½ small red onion, finely diced, and ¼ x 20g pack coriander, leaves finely chopped. Mix well and place in a serving dish.
    2. Stir together a 200g pack frozen Waitrose King Prawns, which are already cooked and peeled and defrosted, with 1 tbsp Geeta’s Premium Mango Chutney and spoon into another dish.
    3. Finely chop a further ¼ x 20g pack coriander and mix into 200g natural yogurt, and place in a small bowl. Serve with Waitrose Onion Bhajis and naan bread, warmed, if you like.
