    Instant Garlic and Herb Pasta

    Ingredients

    • ½ x 500g Waitrose Fresh Trompretti Pasta
    • 125g pack Waitrose Le Roulé full fat soft cheese
    • 2-3 tbsp milk
    • 50g bag Waitrose Wild Roquette
    • 2 tbsp Waitrose Cooks' Ingredients Toasted Pinenuts.
    • A pinch black pepper

    Method

    1. Into a pan of boiling water add ½ x 500g Waitrose Fresh Trompretti Pasta and cook for 3 minutes, drain thoroughly, then return to the pan. Add a 125g pack Waitrose Le Roulé full fat soft cheese to the pasta and stir over a low heat, until the cheese has melted, adding 2-3 tbsp milk, if necessary.
    2. Remove from the heat, stir in a 50g bag Waitrose Wild Roquette and season generously with freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately, scattered with 2 tbsp Waitrose Cooks' Ingredients Toasted Pinenuts.
