    Italian Antipasti

    • 125g marinated sardines
    • 125g Waitrose Roasted Peppers, sliced
    • 125g artichoke hearts, cut in half
    • 12-16 Waitrose Tuscan Marinated Olives
    • 4-8 salted capers


    1. Arrange the marinated sardines down the centre of a serving plate and place the peppers and artichokes either side.
    2. Scatter the olives and capers over the platter and serve with grilled and sliced polenta.
