    Italian Wake-Up

    • Preparation time: 5 minutes
    • Total time: 5 minutes 5 minutes

    Makes: 2

    Ingredients

    • 60ml Dark rum
    • 60ml Amaretto
    • 2 tbsp Mascarpone
    • 2 shots Espresso (about 120ml)

    Method

    1. Shake the ingredients together with a handful of ice in a cocktail shaker or mix in a jug.
    2. Strain into a martini glass and serve. Discard the ice.
