Joe Keable's mustard salad dressing

A hot little salad dressing made in under 5 minutes

  • Total time: 3 minutes

Serves: 4


  • 1 flat tea spoon Sea Salt
    Couple of black pepper twists
    1 heaped tea spoon of Mustard powder
    3 Fresh Garlic segments
    6 table spoon Olive Oil
    4 table spoon Balsamic Vinegar


  1. Grind the Sea Salt down into small particles (can use back of a spoon or pestle and mortar)
  2. Add twists of pepper
  3. Add Mustard powder
  4. Finely chop or crush garlic and add
  5. Add Olive Oil and mix
  6. Add Balsamic and mix
  7. Pour into sealable container and shake for 1 minute
  8. Leave in fridge to cool or serve at room temperature
  9. Shake for 1 minute if cooled in fridge
