    A perfect mid course palate-cleanser for those who don't mind deviating from the traditional route.

    Serves: 1


    • 50ml frozen Stolichnya vodka
    • 1 scoop lemon sorbet


    1. Leave the vodka in the freezer overnight so that, on pouring, it is viscous.
    2. Serve the vodka in a chilled shot glass and the sorbet in a small dessert bowl. Pour the vodka over the sorbet and mix with a dessert spoon.
    3. You could also try using blackcurrant-flavoured sorbet with lemon-flavoured vodka - or make up your own combination.
