Waitrose English Farmhouse Lamb is from selected breeds producing lamb that is naturally succulent, tender and full of flavour. These lamb koftas make a perfect midweek supper. Make them upto a day in advance and leave in the fridge until needed. Serve as part of a Greek mezze which includes salad, pitta bread, tzatziki and houmous, or with plain boiled rice and a minty yogurt dressing.
