    Lamb and Potato Bake

    Quick cook dinner for two.

    Serves: 2


    • 250g Ready prepared chefs selection vegetables
    • 750g Ready peeled Maris Piper potatoes
    • 250g Lamb Steaks


    1. Preheat oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Dice ½ pack Maris Piper potatoes, drizzle in olive oil and roast for 25 minutes
    2. Increase the heat to 220°C, gas mark 7, add the lamb leg steaks and roast for a further 15 minutes until cooked through.
    3. Serve with the vegetables, cooked according to pack instructions.

    Cook's tips

    Add 1 tbsp essential Waitrose Redcurrant
    Jelly to the meat pan; it will melt and create
    a delicious gravy.
