    Lamb Kebabs with Haloumi Cheese and Olives

    Serves: 2 per person

    Ingredients

    • Lamb kebabs with Haloumi cheese and olives
    • Flageolet beans
    • Flat leaf parsley

    Method

    1. Serve 2 kebabs per person. Cook under a preheated grill or on a barbecue for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally. The haloumi cheese melts slightly and turns golden-brown during cooking.
    2. Serve with Waitrose canned Flageolet Beans, sprinkled with chopped flat-leaf parsley..
