    Lemon and Herb Salmon Fillets

    Serves: 4


    • 1 tsp honey
    • 1 tsp Waitrose Dijon Mustard
    • 2 tbsp Waitrose French Walnut Oil
    • Toasted pine nuts
    • Avocado, sliced
    • Waitrose Watercress Salad
    • Herb butter, to serve
    • New potatoes, to serve
    • 4 Salmon Fillets


    1. Cook on a preheated barbecue using fish holders, if possible, or under a preheated grill for 5-10 minutes.
    2. Alternatively, arrange the salmon fillets on a baking sheet covered with lightly greased foil and cook in a preheated oven 190ºC, gas mark 5 for 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
