    Lemon Curd and Yogurt Swirl

    Ingredients

    • Madeira cake, sliced
    • Waitrose Luxury Lemon Curd
    • Waitrose Natural Wholemilk Bio Yogurt
    • A few raspberries
    • Grated lemon zest
    • Icing sugar

    Method

    1. Turn a cake into a delightful last-minute pudding. Spread slices of Madeira cake with a little Waitrose Luxury Lemon Curd swirled with a few spoonfuls of Waitrose Natural Wholemilk Bio Yogurt. Top with a few raspberries and some grated lemon zest, then dust lightly with icing sugar.
