    Malaysian coconut & lime ice cream

    Ingredients

    1 tub Waitrose 1 Malaysian Coconut & Lime Ice Cream
    2 tbsp toasted, desiccated coconut
    2 tbsp pistachio nuts, finely chopped 

    Method

    1. Scoop Waitrose 1 Malaysian Coconut & Lime Ice Cream into 2 bowls, scatter with shavings of toasted coconut and sprinkle with the pistachio nuts.
