1 tbsp oil
300g pack essential Waitrose British Beef 20 Meatballs
1 essential Waitrose Carrot, cut into matchsticks
235g pack Waitrose Green Pak Choi, shredded
275g pack Waitrose Sweet Chilli Egg Noodles
1 bunch essential Waitrose Salad Onions, cut into 2cm pieces
75g baby corn, halved lengthways
800ml beef stock
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan with a lid. Fry the meatballs for 4 minutes. Add the carrot sticks and fry for 1 minute.
2. Stir in the white parts of the pak choi with the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Check the meatballs are cooked with no pink meat. Add the green parts of the pak choi and heat until just wilted.
