    Meatball skewers with tagliatelle

    • Total time: 20 minutes 20 minutes

    Serves: 4


    1 tbsp olive oil
    400g pack soffritto mix
    400g can chopped tomatoes
    200ml beef stock
    300g essential Waitrose
    20 British Beef Meatballs
    500g pack fresh tagliatelle 


    1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the soffritto mix for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and stock and simmer for 10 minutes.

    2. Meanwhile, thread the meatballs onto 4 skewers and place under a preheated grill for 10 minutes, turning halfway until cooked through with no pink meat.

    3. Cook the tagliatelle in boiling water for 4 minutes, drain and top with soffritto sauce and serve with the meatball skewers.
