    Mexican Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows

    Serves: 4


    • 800ml Jersey and Guernsey milk
    • 100g Green & Black's Maya Gold chocolate, chopped, plus a little grated to decorate
    • 8 almond thin biscuits
    • 8 large marshmallows


    1. Pour the milk into a pan and heat until just below boiling. Remove from the heat and stir in the chopped chocolate until melted. Pour into mugs. Sprinkle with the grated chocolate.
    2. Preheat the grill. Put 4 biscuits on a baking sheet, with two marshmallows on each. Grill for 1 minute until just golden, top with the other biscuits, and serve with the chocolate.
