    This is the perfect way to kick off Christmas day. Freshly squeezed orange juice softens the dryness of the champagne, while the Grand Marnier gives you a zing that will ensure you start your day full of Christmas cheer. Serve with smoked salmon bagels for a breakfast that's not going to spoil your dinner.


    • 10ml Grand Marnier
    • Champagne
    • 50ml fresh orange juice


    1. Pour the Grand Marnier into a champagne flute, fill the glass half way with champagne, then top with orange juice. Stir gently and serve.
