    Mini Croques


    • 1 small baguette
    • 1 cheese sauce
    • 1 piece ham
    • Grated emmental cheese


    1. Slice a small baguette thinly. Toast the slices on one side. Arrange half of them toasted-side up. Top with a spoonful of ready-made cheese sauce and a piece of ham. Top with the other slices, toasted side down. Spread a little more sauce on top of each sandwich, sprinkle with grated Emmental. Grill until bubbling. Serve hot. Makes about 20.
