    Mini Salmon Tartare Tarts

    Ingredients

    • 200g diced raw salmon fillet
    • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
    • 1 finely diced small red chilli
    • 24 ready-made mini croustade cases

    Method

    1. Mix 200g diced raw salmon fillet with 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill and 1 finely diced small red chilli. Season then use to fill 24 ready-made mini croustade cases. Serve.
