    Mixed bean & avocado bruschetta

    Ingredients

    1 pack half ciabattas, halved
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 small ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
    2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
    250g pack Waitrose Smokey Mixed Bean Salad
     

    Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6.

    2. Warm the ciabattas in the oven for 5-7 minutes, then halve horizontally and drizzle with oil. Place on a hot griddle for 1-2 minutes and cook until slightly charred.

    3. Meanwhile, mash the avocado with the chilli sauce, keeping it chunky, and spread over the ciabattas. Top with the beans and serve with a side salad.
