    Mixed Berry Yogurt Ripple

    This healthy breakfast treat is packed with goodness. Serve on its own or with fresh fruit or muesli.

    Serves: 4


    • ½ x 380g pack of Waitrose Frozen British Summer Fruits
    • 450g Organic low fat yoghurt with vanilla
    • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
    • 1 tbsp toasted pine nuts


    1. Defrost ½ x 380g pack Waitrose Frozen British Summer Fruits. Blend until smooth. Gently fold the berry mixture into 450g Rachel's Organic Low Fat Yogurt with Vanilla until streaked.
    2. Divide between 4 bowls or serving glasses and top with 1 tbsp chopped pistachios and 1 tbsp Waitrose Cooks' Ingredients Toasted Pine Nuts.
