    Mother's Day breakfast


    • 1 litre Waitrose Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
    • 1 fresh orange
    • 1 fresh lemon
    • 450g Waitrose Melon Slice Selection
    • Red and green grapes
    • A few strawberries, washed
    • 2 Waitrose Butter Croissants
    • 2 Waitrose Pain Au Chocolat
    • 800g Waitrose Heyford Organic Wholemeal Bread
    • 250 g Lanquetot d'Isigny Demi-Sel Butter in a clay pot
    • 325g Waitrose Luxury Lemon Curd
    • 340g Waitrose Organic Soft Set Strawberry Conserve
    • 227g Waitrose Select Mocha Sidamo Coffee
    • 568ml Breakfast Milk


    1. Serve the juice well chilled in tall glasses with slices of orange and lemon. Arrange the melon on a large plate with the grapes and strawberries. Place in the middle of the table so that everyone can help themselves.
    2. Warm a selection of croissants and pain au chocolat. Toast thick slices of bread, spread with butter and serve with lemon curd and strawberry conserve.
    3. Finally, prepare a cafétière of Mocha Sidamo Coffee and serve with a jug of warmed, rich and creamy Breakfast Milk. And of course a Mother's Day card!
