This fragrant dessert with its subtle spices and refreshingly tart cranberries can be made up to 24 hours in advance, saving you a lot of time on one of the busiest days of the year.
If you are giving this dessert to children, simply replace the ginger wine with more orange juice.
Alternatively, tempt them with a bowl of Waitrose Vanilla Ice Cream drizzled with tangy James White coulis such as Blackcurrant or Raspberry Coulis.
