Mushroom miso stir fried noodles

This is a great vegetarian noodle dish, quick to prepare and packed with oriental flavour. For a meat option, try pan frying pork or beef meatballs first. Replace the noodles and serve with rice as an alternative
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
210g pack Waitrose Mushroom & Miso Stir Fry Bites
125g chestnut mushrooms, thickly sliced
300g pack Waitrose Superbright Stir Fry
4 salad onions, sliced
2 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
2 tbsp Shaoxing rice wine
275g pack Waitrose Wholewheat Noodles
1 Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and fry the mushroom and miso bites and mushrooms for 1 minute. Add the stir fry vegetables and cook for 3 minutes.
2 Stir in the salad onions, teriyaki marinade, rice wine, 2 tbsp water and noodles, and stir fry for 2 minutes before serving.
