    • Total time: 10 minutes prep + 5 minutes cooking

    Serves: 1


    • 7 mushrooms
      2 eggs


    1. Finely chop a handful of mushrooms and beat one or two eggs in a bowl. Add the mushrooms to a hot pan with a little oil or butter, cook till a bit soft, then add to the egg mix and back in to the pan to finish the omellete.
