    Mustard-Glazed Carrots

    • Vegetarian


    • 6-8 large winter carrots
    • 25g butter
    • 1tsp English Mustard
    • 1 pinch brown sugar
    • 1 twist black pepper


    1. For 6-8 people, choose 6-8 large winter carrots, peel and slice into thick batons. Boil or steam for 5-6 minutes until tender but still a bit crunchy. Warm 25g butter and 1 tsp English mustard in a pan, add the carrots, a pinch of brown sugar and a twist of black pepper. Shake the pan to coat the carrots. Serve.
