    Orange Toffee Sauce

    • Preparation time: 5 minutes
    • Cooking time: 5 minutes
    • Total time: 10 minutes 10 minutes

    Serves: 2

    Ingredients

    • 50g unsalted butter
    • 75g brown sugar
    • 150g double cream
    • 2 tbsp Cointreau

    Method

    1. Melt the butter and sugar together over a low heat. Add the cream, stir well, bring to the boil, and boil for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the Cointreau. Serve warm.
