Organic Seared Salmon on Spicy Spaghetti

A quick all-organic main meal for four, with melt-in-the-mouth salmon, pasta and a spicy sauce with courgettes, garlic and chilli.
Why not try organic chicken instead of salmon. Cut into thin strips and fry with the courgettes. Add the sauce and cook for 6-8 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
