    • 1 tsp Light Soya Sauce
    • 3 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
    • 1 tbsp Japanese Rice Vinegar
    • 2 x chopped Lemon Grass Stalks
    • 1 tbsp Galangal Slices
    • ½ x 150g Frozen Chopped Shallots
