    Pakora Dippers

    • 270g pack waitrose potato & spinach pakoras
    • 1 cucumber
    • 1 small red onion
    • 200g pot yeo valley organic style yogurt
    • 1 lemon


    1. Heat a 270g pack Waitrose Potato & Spinach Pakoras according to the pack instructions. Coarsely grate 10cm cucumber and place in a bowl along with any juice. Finely chop a small red onion and add to the bowl with a 200g pot Yeo Valley Organic Greek Style Yogurt. Mix well and add a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve with the warmed pakoras.
